Parents!

There are quite a few parks, and recreational areas in Harrison County. There are also many places, events, even playgroups that you can get involved with. There is a goal to this section of ThisIsMyCounty.com. We want parents to find these places, to take pictures, and to give reviews of them so that other parents and their children can use that information to get out, get physical and even get that chance to socialize.

Living in such a small community, you would think that finding a common ground, a special place, or a group of similiar individuals would not be that difficult. But apparently it is. This community has the ability to interact on a better social scale, to create groups. To identify events, or attractions, places where children can get away from that computer screen, and television and get active.

Im looking for reviews of parks, playgrounds, events that are family friendly, playgroups, anything that would bring involvement, or betterment to the children of our county. Help other parents discover what you have know.
