Holloween/Thanksgiving Troop Packing
Print This Story

The Harrison County Military Support had another great packing for the troops Tuesday 10/20/09 at the Cadiz Fire House. There were over 40 people attending. We had so many cookies that we were able to send extra boxes to some of the troops to share with others.
Dave Rose from the Veterans Service office was there and gave the group some support cards to give the troops.

We just want to thank everyone for the help in packing and baking. I was over whelming.
The support group will be packing for the Christmas boxes on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving. We are asking for cookies and try to get as many as possible. They love home made.
If you want to donate please call Terry or Sue Stewart at 740-942-3642.
If you wish to contribute items please call first so not to duplicate what others might have given. We are hoping to send 2 boxes again this year.
If you want come and join in on one of the most exciting things to happen. Packing for the troops is absolutely awesome. The feeling to help the men and women overseas is wonderful. Please come and join us.
