A Refreshing Jolt

One of my favorite small businesses in Harison County Ohio, is a Coffee Shop that goes by the name of Cool Beans. This warm and welcoming shop located at the square in Cadiz, Ohio, is a hard temptation to pass up, as the wafting aromas of coffees and sugar loaded pastries flood your senses.

Perhaps overshadowed by the looming structure of the County Courthouse across the street, this gem of a business is owned and operated by Matthew & Rhonda Fisher, who also run the outstanding eatery ” Mr.Fish “.

For those on the go, a quick entry into Cool Beans, and a friendly hello, results in you heading back on your way, only with a delicious beverage in your hand, and a warm feeling in your stomach.

The shop is well laid out, and offers a very relaxing atmosphere for those that have a moment to take a moment, and sit down and relax.  Of course local newspapers are available for purchase while you are there.

I for one enjoy Cool Beans, probably more then anyone, as this business is right across the street from my office. ( Convenience!?) The prices are good, and the menu is better. Rhonda, who works behind the counter will gladly engineer your drink to suit your taste buds. ( If you are feeling adventurous, ask for the mylocalpcprocoffee! Heh Heh! )

Cool Beans opened its doors to the public in September of 2004. And since then has been serving its feel good food stuffs and beverages to folks in the local area, as well as those passing through.

Matthew & Rhonda Fisher were both born and raised in Harrison County Ohio and have three children who were raised here.

This is an outstanding establishment, that I highly recommend to anyone who enjoys their coffee.
