Ohio Secretary of State, and U.S. Senate Candidate Jennifer Brunner

made a stop in Harrison County with her “Courage Express” as she makes her way across the great State of Ohio in her primary election bid for the Democrat candidate for the U.S. Senate. Jennifer returns to Harrison County after having been the key note speaker in 2008 for the Harrison County Democrat Jefferson-Jackson Dinner. Her visit today initiated the Harrison County Democrat Headquarters at 115 W. Market Street in advance of its official opening.BrunnerOhio Secretary of State, and U.S. Senate Candidate Jennifer

Jennifer has many strong and loyal friends in Harrison County because she has always been willing to reach out to the people of our wonderful communities and take a grassroots approach to her public service. Toni Starosciak is the County Coordinator for Jennifer’s campaign and expressed her appreciation of Jennifer’s desire to come to Cadiz and stop her “Courage Express” bus in front of the county courthouse and spend a little time meeting residents and taking pictures. “She is so down to earth and really cares about the individual citizen, ” said Starosciak. “Here is a woman who has served our State with pride and distinction as Secretary of State and now wants to continue to serve us in Washington.” Starosciak notes that Brunner won the Profiles in Courage award for her election reform in Ohio. Starosciak and Sherri Farkas VanTassel, Democratic County Chair and current candidate for County Auditor, were invited by Jennifer to accompany her to New York City for a fundraiser put on by Caroline Kennedy Schlossberg in her Park Avenue Apartment. “The unique quality that Jennifer has is her intense intelligence with her unassuming grace,” said Starosciak. “She truly wants to serve the people of Ohio and not the special interests – you certainly haven’t seen Lt. Governor and fellow Democrat U.S. Senate candidate Lee Fisher in Harrison County.”
Courage is a key term in Jennifer’s campaign because it takes courage to run against the establishment so you can stand up for the ordinary, everyday Ohioan. Those of us who have come to know and love Jennifer know that Ohio’s Senate seat could not be in better hands than those of the woman who took time out her demanding schedule to come to Harrison County and thank her supporters.

The only thing Jennifer Brunner will do is allow business to intimidate their employees with threats of losing their jobs to the Illegal Aliens she supports staying in America!!!

Mr. Kline does not understand or is giving false information about Sec. Brunner’s position on immigration. On her web site is the following quote ” I understand that [we need to] reform the immigration system and stop unscrupulous employers from cheating the system by taking away otherwise decent jobs using undocumented workers. That is hardly a soft position about intimation or lost jobs for Americans.

Sec. Brunner wants to bring the same fairness to the Senate as she has brought to the Secretary of State’s office. She has set standards for voting which treat each party fairly and equally.

  3. Ms. Brenner is a yes person and will fall into lockstep with all of the other politicians!

    p.s.
Ken Kline: It’s “Undocumented Citizens”, NOT: “Illegal Aliens”!!!
