How Often Do You Pay Attention?

Print This Story Print This Story

They are posted everywhere to announce certain events, advertise puppies being sold, or even to announce that a new business has just opened.  But how many times do people really stop and look at them?

I’m referring to flyers that are posted on store bulletin boards and windows.  I don’t have anything against posting them because I think it’s a good idea, but I don’t believe they ever get much attention.  Which results in not getting a lot of people attending events or finding out about a new store that was just opening.

I will be the first to admit that when I go to a store, I usually don’t even think about looking at the bulletin board or window to see what flyers are advertising.  Not unless I see a picture of a litter of puppies, kittens, or another animal.  Then I will stop and take a quick glance, say how cute it looks and be on my way.  And I’m sure I’m not the only one.

That’s the wonderful benefit of this site.  Since more and more people use the internet more often now, these flyers can be viewed on the web and it will help get benefits and new businesses more customers.  By bringing the flyers of benefits going on and ads for new businesses opening up in Harrison County and having them put up on, more people will view and possibly attend the events, along with checking out new stores.
