Going Green Tip #2

Another tip to help you go ‘green’.

Recycling isn’t hard to do and it can be fun, along with helping your community.  Most people know about recycling paper, plastic, aluminum, and glass, but there are other ways to recycle as well.

You can recycle paper a few different ways.  Instead of using just one side of the sheet, use both sides.  It saves paper.  Also, you can use it to create different crafts.  Children usually like making crafts and what better way to recycle then to reuse paper that’s only been used once?

Buying clothes at Good will or a thrift store is also a form of recycling and you save money.  If you donate old clothes or clothes you don’t use to Goodwill or some place that gives back to the community, that’s recycling since you are giving to a place where others can possibly get more use out of them.

I’m sure there are other ways to recycle.  How many different ways can you think of to recycle?
