Ham Loaf

This recipe was posted on Harrison County Cooks facebook page by Sue McMannis Myers. Sue received this recipe from her cousin Sandy Hendershot.


  • 1 Pound Ground Ham (leftover ham is fine to use)
  • 1 1/2 Pounds Ground Pork
  • 2 Eggs (Beaten)
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Cracker Crumbs
  • 1 Small Can Crushed Pineapple (Reserve Juice)
  • Sprinkle of Brown Sugar

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix ground meats, eggs, milk, cracker crumbs and pineapple. If you desire add salt and pepper to taste at this time.
  2. Form into palm size mini loafs.
  3. Place in pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle desired amount of brown sugar and pour your reserved pineapple juice over loafs.
  5. Return to oven, and continue to bake for 1 hour.
  6. To keep the meat moist, baste during last hour of baking.
