This recipe was posted on the Harrison County Cooks facebook page by Mary Myers DeGarmo. Mary added that this is a wonderful recipe to make for the upcoming holiday season, plus it will make your house smell wonderful.


  • 1 Gallon Apple Cider
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 4-6 Whole Cloves
  • 2 Cups Orange Juice
  • 2 Cups Pineapple Juice
  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 2 Lemons (Juiced)
  • 1 Orange (sliced paper thin)

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix and heat all ingredients on stove top or in the crock pot set on low.
  2. Float paper thin orange slices on top when serving.
  3. Perfect for the upcoming holidays.
  4. Wassail - means to drink a toast...
