Murder Mystery Dinner

The Cadiz Presbyterian Church will be presenting “Not So Live At Five” Murder Mystery Dinner on Saturday, October 22, 2011, at 6:30 pm.

This will be the third year for the Ohio Valley Cloak & Dagger Mystery Theatre Company coming to the church to have the community help solve the crime that befalls the audience.  After eating an Amish home-cooked meal a murder will take place.  It will be a live game of Clue or Who Done It.  What kind of detective are you?  Will you be able to figure out who the murderer is?  This interactive game will make you think, analyze clues and make predictions, all in good fun.

The Youth Group will be dressed up in Halloween costumes as they serve a dinner of chicken or roastbeef, homemade noodles, corn, bread & dessert.  As the guests enjoy their desserts the show will begin.

The cast of many Ohio Valley natives, including such personalities as Cadiz’s Dustin “Scooter” Heavilin and WTOV 9’s Eric Minor and Kelly Camarote, will present an office Halloween party at the fictional television station of WDOA from the original script of “Not So Live At Five”.  Excitement is at a fever pitch this year as the station owner is back in town to join the festivities and he is going to announce that one of the employees of the station is going to be given major network job that is up for grabs.  The phrase “I’d just kill for the job” is often heard at WDOA and this could turn out to be more than just a passing comment.  For whom will the bell toll at the WDOA Halloween party?  Only time will tell!

Tickets are $25 each and available by calling the church at (740) 942-2366.  Tickets will be limited to 100 and are going very  fast.  So come out to the Cadiz Presbyterian Church Saturday, October 23rd for fun entertainment, good food and to support a great group of kids.
