HCC: Manicotti

I have made this recipe several times, not much prep time and very easy to fix for a fantastic dinner...enjoy!


  • 12 Large Manicotti Shells
  • 4 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 Cups Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 T. Dried Basil
  • 1 Jar Prepared Spaghetti Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray 13x9 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  4. Drain; rinse with cold water.
  5. In medium bowl, stir together 3 cups mozzarella with the ricotta and basil.
  6. Using a teaspoon or piping bag carefully stuff shells with prepared cheese mixture.
  7. Place 2 cups of spaghetti sauce into baking dish.
  8. Place stuffed pasta over sauce.
  9. Pour remaining sauce over top of pasta.
  10. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
  11. Bake manicotti for 15 minutes.
  12. Sprinkle with parmesan; bake for 10 minutes longer.
  13. Serve with garlic toast or bread for a fantastic dinner...
