Mexican Pinwheels

Ingredients

  • 1 Package Hidden Valley Ranch Dry Dressing
  • 2 Packages 8 oz. Cream Cheese

Mexican Pinwheels

These little tasty treats are great for potluck or parties...enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 Package Hidden Valley Ranch Dry Dressing
  • 2 Packages 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1 Bunch Green Onions (chopped)
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper (chopped)
  • 1 Small Can Sliced Black Olives
  • 1 Package Flour Tortillas

Cooking Directions

  1. Blend cream cheese and dry ranch dressing mix.
  2. Spread over one tortilla at a time.
  3. Top each tortilla with chopped vegetables and olives.
  4. Roll up like a jelly roll.
  5. Wrap rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  6. Cut in 1" slices and plate.
  7. Enjoy!
