Free Computer Training Class

The Harrison County Metropolitan Housing Authority has partnered up with Connect Your Community to offer the residents of Harrison County a FREE Computer Training Class. 

The course will be on the basics of computers and the internet, how to find a job online, computer skills for career advancement, online privacy and security, ebay, genealogy, and much more.  The course will be funded through the Broadband Stimulus Program, ACCEL’s Connect Your Community campaign.  By taking the course you could be eligible for financial assistance to purchase a new or used computer or a FREE computer.

It will be a four day class that will be Monday, December 5th; Wednesday, December 7th; Monday, December 12th; and Wednesday, December 14th from 1pm until 4pm each day at the the new Bingham Terrace Community Room.  There are only a few openings left and it is filling up fast!
