Cherry Cheese Ball

Wonderful recipe for the holidays...great for family get together's or potluck...


  • 1 Package Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 - 10 oz. Sharp-White Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Dried Cherries, chopped
  • 1/4 t. Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/2 Cup Pecans, finely chopped

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix cream cheese and cheddar until blended.
  2. Stir in cherries and spice.
  3. Shape into ball; wrap in plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  5. Roll in nuts just before serving.
  6. Serve with crackers.
