Cherry Crisp Pie

For those of you that are not crazy about pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving...make this one, great taste and very easy to prepare!


  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 3/4 Cup Quick-cooking Oats, uncooked
  • 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 Cup Pecans, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 (21-ounce) Cans Cherry Pie Filling
  • 1 Graham Cracker Crust

Cooking Directions

  1. Melt butter in medium saucepan.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in oats, flour, brown sugar, pecans and cinnamon.
  3. Spoon pie filling into crust.
  4. Sprinkle oat mixture over top.
  5. Place pie on baking sheet and bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees until topping is golden brown.
  6. 40-45 minutes.
  7. Cool on wire rack, then refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
