Preschool Screenings
2012-2013 School Year

Preschool screenings for children ages 3-5 will be conducted by the Harrison Hills City School District in cooperation with HARCATUS Head Start, Harrison County Board of Developmental Disabilities and Help Me Grow. The screenings will be held at the Harrison Hills City Schools Administration office at: 730 Peppard Avenue, Cadiz Ohio.

Before a screening can be completed, it will be necessary that a legal birth certificate, social security number and immunization record be presented at the scheduled appointment. Children must be three years of age to enter a preschool in our district.

The location, dates and times are listed below:

March 16th 2012
Harrison Hills City Schools
Administration Office
8:00 AM to 2:30 PM

April 13th 2012
Harrison Hills City Schools
Administration Office
8:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Please call the Harrison Hills City School District, Office of Federal Programs (740) 942.7785 to schedule an appointment.

Reservations will be made on a first come first serve basis.

Your cooperation will be greatly appreciated.

Children who are under the age of three should contact Help Me Grow at (740) 942.2622, in order to be screened.
