Chicken Salad with Pecans and Grapes
Great summer recipe, easy to fix and just think....no hot oven....!
- 1/2 Cup Mayo
- 2 T. Sour Cream
- 1 T. Lemon Juice
- 1/8 t. Salt
- 1/8 t. Pepper
- 4 Cups Chicken, Shredded
- 1/2 Cup Pecans, chopped
- 1 1/4 Cups Red Grapes, halved
- 1/4 Cup Celery, chopped
- 1/4 Cup Onion, chopped
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.....serve with crackers or on buns.
