The program will be by the SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER of Kent State University, presented by Jim Schoch and Steve Schillig. If you are a current business looking to expand, streamline or upgrade, or if you want to start a new business to take advantage of the opportunities arising from the gas industry in Harrison County Ohio, you will WANT to attend this luncheon. The program will help you become aware of all the advisory resources the SBDC offers such as:

  • Developing a business plan
  • Making a realistic budget & 3 year projection
  • Obtaining financing and capital
  • Hiring employees
  • Marketing and Sales
  • Licenses, taxes and legalities
  • Deciding to be a proprietorship, partnership, LLC, Sub -S Corp, Other
